We were hired to work with an ecommerce store, Face Paint Forum Shop, to fix their Google Ads and improve their overall marketing.

Our Strategies
We put into place a 2-step process. The first was to fix the Google Ads that had previously worked well for the client. After trying several things, we were finally able to identify the needed fix. After that, we began accelerating the spend again, and incorporating Facebook Retargeting, e-mail marketing, etc.
Our Challenges
The initial challenge that we faced was inheriting a system created by another ads expert and learning how things were set up. In order to identify what was broken and why, we had to learn that system and how things were set up, as well as why.
As of publication in June 2024, Face Paint has gone from a net loss to a 6.8X ROAS on Google. We are focused and committed to continuing to drive sales and traffic using paid sources, and have also helped set up automation using Klaviyo for email marketing growth as well, which is providing a nice monthly boost in sales as well with follow up automation.
