Make sure you are logged into the Gmail account associated with the Google My Business profile.
Navigate to the Business Profile Manager and select the page we will be managing.
Click on the three dots next to where it says “profile strength” and select business profile settings> People and access >Add people
Add your Client Success Partner’s email and any other email addresses they have instructed you to add, granting Manager level access.
